ABOUT RELAX4LIFE CENTER

Relax4life was founded in 1996 and offers labyrinth meditation products and educational workshops in energy healing, stress management, yoga, and much more.  Located in Barrington, Illinois, we provide a tranquil, nature-rich, fragrance, chemical and smoke-free environment for optimal learning.

Relax4life offers the widest variety of finger labyrinths, (including Relax4life’s patented Intuipath® double labyrinths) canvas labyrinths for rent, outdoor labyrinth building manuals and unique products for meditation. Used by thousands of individuals, churches, schools, and hospitals, Relax4life labyrinths are both high quality and affordable. 

The 5 acre grounds have a pond, wooded privacy, a waterfall, 3 permanent walking labyrinths and wonderful peaceful energy. The 1000 square foot carpeted seminar room overlooks the property and offers an ideal space for workshops that range between 8 and 25 participants.  The space is also available for rent.

Our one and two-day personal growth and healing workshops (for both professionals and the general public) offer a unique respite from the everyday.  These workshops include Reiki, Shamonic Studies, EFT, Quantum Touch, Yoga, Tai Chi, Stress Management & Relaxation, Drumming, Animal Communication, Astrology, Louise Hay workshops, and a variety of other workshops that engage the mind while enriching the soul.  We also rent the center for workshops, meetings etc.

Relax4life offers a unique CEU experience for social workers, counselors, massage therapists, nurses and school teachers. Our serene setting combined with our highly experiential workshops, fosters new thinking while adding to your professional and personal skills.
