Shipping, Returns/Exchanges,Damaged Items, Privacy Statement

relax4life.com is the products site for Relax4Life Center, a  holistic education and services center located on 5 beautiful, wooded acres in Illinois. We design and create many of the items shown and we pride ourselves on providing both high quality products and customer service at affordable prices. 

Shipping:  All orders totaling $30 or more are shipped free of charge within the continuous United States by DHL Ground.  For orders under $30, a $4 per order shipping charge will be added to your total at checkout.    Additional shipping will be added for orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  We do not ship outside the U.S. to international destinations.   We apologize to our potential international customers.  If you are ordering from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please call or e-mail us for details on additional shipping charges you will incur. 

All in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day of order receipt by DHL Ground Service.  DHL will not ship to a post office box, so please give us your street address when ordering.   Your information is kept completely private (see our privacy policy below). 

If you would like your order shipped so it arrives next business afternoon, next business morning,  2-day or 3-day Federal Express, please call (847) 842-1752 no later than Noon. CST, the day you need the order sent out, and provided it is in stock, we will get it out to you same day. You must specify "next business afternoon", "next business morning", "2-day or 3-day delivery".  You will be billed directly from Federal Express for the cost of shipping via your credit card.  That way, you only pay the actual shipping cost. 

Returns/Exchanges

We guarantee your satisfaction on all our products.  Should you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is as follows:

Notify us by e-mail or phone requesting a return or exchange.   Specify why you are returning the product and whether you would like to exchange it for another product, or would prefer a refund (if you are exchanging, please specify what product you are exchanging it for.)  Your credit card will be credited or debited the difference in price between the product returned and the new product ordered plus shipping cost on the new product(s) going out and a 10% restocking charge.  Refunds will only be made to the person who placed the original order.  If the original order was paid for by check or money order, a refund check will only be made out to and sent to the person who placed the original order. 

NOTE: Products must be returned in good, resellable condition within 30 days of purchase in order to receive an exchange or refund.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Be sure to include a note with the item as to whether you are asking for refund/exchange and what item(s) you now want.  Package the item you are returning in the original shipping box (if possible) with appropriate padding, bubble wrap, peanuts, newspaper etc. to protect against damage.  Also, be sure to insure the item against loss or damage through the Post Office, DHL, UPS, Fed Ex or whatever shipper you will use.

If you are returning the item due to it being damaged in transit to you, you must notifiy us within 3 days of receipt and the item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receipt.  You must e-mail or call us (847) 842-1752 regarding the damage and then We Will Call The Shipper and they will schedule a time to pick up the item from you to return to us; there is no charge for the return.  Once we have the item back, we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Privacy Statement

Relax4Life does not share or sell any information about viewers or buyers to this site.  We do not send unsolicited e-mails to viewers of this site.  We do not use cookies on this site.   For more information on cookies, go to junkbusters.com.

Our online shopping cart uses a secure server during the final part of the check out to protect our customers' credit card information and we immediately delete credit card information from the server after your order has been processed.
