About Relax4Life

Relax4life was founded in 1998 and offers personal growth and healing workshops to both the general public and CEU-seeking health professionals.  They are designed to engage the mind, while enriching the soul.  Located in Barrington, Illinois, we provide a tranquil, nature-rich, fragrance, chemical and smoke-free environment for optimal learning.

The 5 acre wooded grounds includes a pond, meditation gazebo, a waterfall, 3 permanent walking labyrinths and wonderful peaceful energy. The 1000 square foot carpeted seminar room overlooks the property and offers an ideal space for workshops that range between 8 and 25 participants.  We receive most of our electricity via solar panels, have an organic community garden, cotton hand towels (rather than throw away paper towels) in the bathrooms and ceramic mugs (rather than throw away styrofoam cups) for tea and hot chocolate. In these little ways, we strive to do our best to blend in with the natural environment by creating as little waste in resources as possible and we invite our students to help us accomplish this.

Relax4life has produced and offers a variety of finger labyrinths, (including Relax4life’s patented Intuipath® double labyrinth design) outdoor labyrinth creator’s manuals and unique products for meditation. Used by thousands of individuals, churches, schools, and hospitals, Relax4life labyrinths are both high quality and affordable.

Relax4life offers a unique CEU experience for social workers, counselors, occupational therapists, nurses, massage therapists and more. Our serene setting combined with our highly experiential workshops, fosters new thinking while adding to your professional and personal skills.
