Labyrinths are a wonderful intuitive tool.  In this workshop, where you’ll be exploring-experiencing labyrinths firsthand, learn about their ability to help you relax, meditate, aid in decision making, spiritual guidance, creativity as well as emotional and physical healing.  Explore a variety of walking and finger labyrinths and participate in a ceremony to honor Mother Earth.

For hundreds (and in some cases) thousands of years, labyrinths in their various forms have been used by individuals and groups for a variety of higher level purposes. Discover how labyrinths enhance your relaxation, creativity and spirituality by engaging different designs.

Today, labyrinths can be found at hospitals, rehab and community centers, retreat centers, parks, churches, public and private schools, colleges, corporations, and homes throughout North America. For over 20 years, they have been prominently featured in both local and national media.

What Students Say About Exploring & Experiencing Labyrinths at Relax4Life:

“Beautifully integrated learning with an excellent teacher.  A very ideal place to learn.”

“Awsome.”

“Neal is a great teacher and workshop facilitator. This was amazing-what a great way to get CEUs and learn about something and practice it-something I am really interested in.”

“How quickly the labyrinth created insight. I assumed it would be like yoga-the more I did it, the better it would feel. This was almost an instant feel good revelation. I thought it would take weeks of use to gain insight, but instead, it was very user friendly from the start.”

Please receive my thanks for a very special Thursday at the Labyrinth Workshop. There are many gifts that I took ‘off the mat and into the world.’ What a wonderful day! I am most grateful to you and look forward to the next workshop.
With blessings, Mary Lynn Colosimo
