Our May group meditation, will help you become an observer of your thoughts and learn to identify old and limiting beliefs and non-productive habitual thought patterns.  After identifying and clearing up these old patterns, you can then replace them with new edifying patterns that will lead you to become the best version of yourself that you can be; living a life of greater Peace, Joy and Love.

Many of us have been programed to think and act in particular ways by family, teachers, bosses, friends and society in general. We react to our various life circumstances with these learned programs and standards. If we take this premise as true, we judge ourselves and others as not living up to these standards and therefore create pain for ourselves and others through our thoughts and actions.  When we do this, we are not experiencing our true, authentic Self but rather a projection of what we’ve been taught.  Begin to find your authentic Self by attending our May Group Meditation experience.


Group Specifics

  • Group begins promptly at 7:00 p.m.  Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early for check in.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.

About the Group Leader

Thomas Balsamo is a student of life, portrait artist, filmmaker and meditation leader. He started meditating while in college, and since then meditation has been a part of his life.  For almost 5 years now, Thomas has been leading guided meditations at various locations around the NW suburbs.  He is an avid yogi, Reiki Master and has studied Quantum-Touch.

As a child, Thomas began a quest to discover how to find peace and joy through fulfilling his life’s purpose. Overcoming life’s challenges and health issues has taken him on a journey of intense work and healing, where he learned to take his power back by focusing his thoughts in a productive way to create his desired life and a consistent positive, can-do attitude. Many of his students have expressed how these guided meditations have given them the clarity and initiative to take their power back and stop the self-judgment.  Thomas looks forward to being of service to you.
